Who We Are
Guadalupe Community Development Corporation was Incorporated in 1992 as a non-profit community development corporation (CDC) to promote the availability and quality of affordable housing for low and moderate income individuals and families.

The GCDC has been directly involved in assisting individuals and
families in Guadalupe by providing acquisition of, and development of land for construction of family owned affordable housing.
The GCDC has performed in the capacity of co-developer for three small subdivisions in Guadalupe and for two multi-family Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) rental developments, as well as, homeownership single family homes and multiple scatered sites throughout Guadalupe.

Seek grants and gap funds for site development, new construction, and home purchase to ensure affordability
