Affordable Housing Program
The Guadalupe CDC Affordable Housing Program is offered to Guadalupe residents who are interested in newly constructed homes. Applicants must meet all required program guidelines to qualify.

Program Guidelines
Below you will find the list of required guidelines in order to be considered eligible for the affordable housing program. For any questions regarding the required guidelines please contact us.

Must be a first time homebuyer

Must meet the current HUD income limits

Must have good credit
04
Must have steady income or employment for at least one year
05
Monthly debit cannot be too high

Must have a savings account
07
Must attend an 8-hour homeownership course
08
Closing fees may range from $3,000 - $5,000

Social Security Cards (All household members)

Birth Certificate (All household members)

2022 Tax Returns and W2's

2023 Tax Returns and W2's

3 most current consecutive paystubs (All household members 18 yrs & older)
09
3 consecutive months of bank statements (All household members 18 yrs & older)

Full credit report copy (Can be obtained for free at www.creditkarma.com)
